Funcionamiento
Cartons are fed and stacked, then enveloped in BOPP/PVC transparent film dispensed by a servo-driven feed unit. A servo cutter cuts to length. Cam-driven mechanisms fold the film, then the bottom and side seals are made by heated jaws using instantaneous (no-residence) heat sealing at 100–140℃, followed by counting and easy-tear-tape application.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Cartons are fed and stacked, then enveloped in BOPP/PVC transparent film dispensed by a servo-driven feed unit.
2A servo cutter cuts to length.
3Cam-driven mechanisms fold the film, then the bottom and side seals are made by heated jaws using instantaneous (no-residence) heat sealing at 100–140℃, followed by counting and easy-tear-tape application.
