Buffer turntable infeed → synchronous screw separator divides bottles to ±2 mm pitch → bottles pass under HP inkjet printer for batch code → DALSA CCD camera inspects print quality → bottles enter labeling station where label web is fed via two-stage feed system (front-end pull motor draws labels from the 420 mm reel into a buffer, rear-end Yaskawa servo dispenses to peel-edge); MITSUBOSHI roll-applicator wraps the label onto the bottle as it rolls between feed belt and side rail → LEUZE fluorescence sensor checks for missing labels → SMC pneumatic blow rejects bad bottles → finished product output. Independent feed/dispense/take-up motors keep label tension stable for ±0.5 mm placement.
