Funcionamiento

Motor drives turret holding 17 sets of dies; each die station passes feeder (crescent-grid feeder), upper/lower guide rails, and upper/lower press wheels for continuous feed-fill-press-discharge cycle. Filling depth and tablet thickness are adjustable without stopping. Pressure protection: when upper press wheel load exceeds the set spring balance force, the upper press wheel yields and the limit switch triggers an alarm and auto-stop to prevent punch overload. Variable-frequency speed control enables free speed adjustment.
