Funcionamiento
Motor drives the worm gear via timing belt, turning the 420 mm rotary disk that holds 41 sets of dies. As each die station passes feeder, upper/lower guide rails, and upper/lower press wheels, granular material is fed, filled, double-pressed, and discharged continuously. Output halves when compressing double-layer tablets.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; open machine and wipe interior with wet towel; wipe hopper with clean towel then again with 75% industrial alcohol (sterilization). Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% alcohol. Extended stop: remove remaining powder, dismantle all punches and dies, clean entire machine, coat glossy surfaces with rust-preventive oil, cover with cloth.
