Funcionamiento
Double-press rotary tablet press with 31 punch stations. Stepless variable speed (0-30 rpm) via Siemens MM420 7.5 kW 380 V frequency inverter. Siemens S7-224XP+EM231 PLC and TP177B HMI for closed-loop control and touch-screen display. ABB 3 kW 6-pole main motor drives worm-and-worm-gear through synchronous belt. Bengbu Gaoling pressure sensor and transmitter provide real-time closed-loop pressure feedback. Schneider electrical switchgear throughout. Double-color tablet mode: replace components and add dust-collection apparatus — output halved. Transmission sealed in oil bath; dedicated dust-collection auxiliary keeps pressing chamber in negative pressure. SUS304 stainless-steel frame, GMP-compliant.
