Funcionamiento
Double-pressure double-side rotary tablet press using IPT punches. Siemens S7-200 PLC with color touch HMI (DOP-A57GSTD) controls all operations. Closed forced feeder fills dies under positive pressure to maintain stable tablet weight at high speed. Pressure-overload protection automatically stops the machine. Emergency stop, VFD fault alarm, and strong exhaust heat dissipation are standard. Pressure sensor (Shanghai Shenyou ZPD-23) feeds the main pressure display. Stainless-steel components and special surface treatments throughout meet GMP cross-contamination requirements.
