Funcionamiento
Dual-pressure rotary press with 25 punches on a 420 mm working-diameter turret. Granular feed enters via force feeder; upper and lower punches (26 mm dia; upper 127 mm, lower 156 mm length) compress under up to 100 kN. Stepless variable speed control via INVT CHF-100A inverter. Sealed oil-bath transmission below the body provides lubrication and reduces noise and wear. Built-in dust collector keeps the pressing chamber clean. Touch-screen PLC for control and operation. Bilayer tablet production halves throughput.
