12 die stations (12 moulds) rotate synchronously with the upper, middle, and lower three discs. Material flows automatically from the feeder into die cavities at the loading station; at the pressing station, upper and lower punches compress the material. After main compression, the lower punch ejects the compact and a deflector plate sweeps it into the collection chute. Each full revolution of the press produces 12 compacts. Re-compression type: each compact undergoes pre-compression followed by main compression at two separate stations, enhancing density, uniformity, and mechanical properties.
