Funcionamiento
Empty tubes auto-loaded into rotating fixtures. Panasonic color-mark sensor registers tube orientation. The tube lifts up to meet the dive-down fill nozzle and is filled (10–300 mL). An internal heating gun (3.3 kW) softens the tube end; water-cooled seal jaws (chilled by integrated 1.0 kW chiller) close to form the seal while the batch coder embosses lot/date. A trim cutter squares the seal; the finished tube is ejected.

1Empty tubes auto-loaded into rotating fixtures.
2Panasonic color-mark sensor registers tube orientation.
3The tube lifts up to meet the dive-down fill nozzle and is filled (10–300 mL).
4An internal heating gun (3.3 kW) softens the tube end; water-cooled seal jaws (chilled by integrated 1.0 kW chiller) close to form the seal while the batch coder embosses lot/date.
