Funcionamiento
Empty tubes are auto-loaded into elastic cup seats on a cam-indexing carrier (8-position Zhucheng cam indexer GJC70/8R/90/0). A SICK R55CGI color-mark sensor registers the tube graphics; the filling nozzle dispenses metered product through a high-stability flowmeter. The tube indexes to the sealing station where a Swiss Leister LE 3000 hot-air heater softens the tail inner wall while a water-jacketed cooling head protects the outer surface, then a press head seals and embosses batch/date code. A trimming knife shears the surplus tail. Stepless variable-frequency control (DELTA VFD) adjusts speed 15–45 tubes/min.
Proceso de funcionamiento
