Funcionamiento
Bottles enter the machine via the infeed conveyor. Elastic mechanical grippers clamp each bottle, flip it 180°, and direct high-pressure purified air through the nozzle to flush interior particles. After rinsing, the bottle is returned upright and discharged. A high-pressure pump and electromagnetic valve system precisely control rinsing and draining time to ensure no residual water in the bottle after discharge.
Proceso de funcionamiento
