Funcionamiento
Pre-blended vaseline is prepared in the companion 60 kg agitator (12 kW, 380 V). The gauze web is unwound and submerged in the vaseline bath; squeeze rollers downstream control impregnation weight by removing excess. Upper and lower release-paper webs are laminated to the impregnated gauze and conveyed forward. A servo-driven cutter slices the multi-layer composite into individual pieces. Each piece is inserted between packaging films and 4-side heat-sealed; an HP E1D high-resolution inkjet coder prints the production date/batch. Finished pouches are conveyed out. A Xinje XD5-60T PLC + TG765G-UT HMI controls the line; HMI alarms display fault names and locations. Emergency stop function provided.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pre-blended vaseline is prepared in the companion 60 kg agitator (12 kW, 380 V).
2The gauze web is unwound and submerged in the vaseline bath; squeeze rollers downstream control impregnation weight by removing excess.
