Funcionamiento
Patch roll and packaging film are loaded onto the machine. The patch web is automatically cut into individual pieces by a servo-driven cutter. Each piece is inserted between two pouch films; a 4-axis servo system feeds film precisely, and a moving-synchronous heat-sealing system seals all four sides. An HP E1D high-resolution inkjet coder prints the date; finished pouches are counted and discharged. A Xinje PACK-30D PLC + TG765G-UT colour touchscreen HMI provides overall machine control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Patch roll and packaging film are loaded onto the machine.
