Funcionamiento
Carton blanks are vacuum-picked from the magazine onto an indexing star wheel. As the wheel rotates through cam-driven stations: lower small flap folded; product loaded (manually or via optional auto bottle drop); upper small flap folded; both large flaps pressed; upper and lower big tongues tucked. Finished carton pushed out for downstream collection or coding. Panasonic AFPOR-C32T PLC orchestrates Festo and AirTAC pneumatics, Omron encoder and Nichuan RHH70F cam splitter for repeatable indexing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
