Funcionamiento
Four hermetic Panasonic C-SB scroll compressors (4 × 8.9 kW) compress R22 refrigerant (32.6 kg charge), which is desuperheated and condensed in a high-efficiency finned-tube condenser cooled by 4 low-noise external-rotor fans (40,000 m³/h total cooling airflow, 2.8 kW). The condensed refrigerant is metered through an externally balanced thermal expansion valve into the inner-grooved copper / hydrophilic-aluminium-fin evaporator, where it absorbs heat from the air stream pulled by a 3.75 kW centrifugal fan (300-6,000 m³/h, 980 Pa). Conditioned air leaves the 200 mm outlet at 0-5 °C and is ducted to the served process. An SF-series microprocessor temperature controller (±1 °C accuracy) via RS485 / dry contact maintains the setpoint with comprehensive protections: high/low pressure, over-temperature, flow, phase-loss and anti-freeze.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Four hermetic Panasonic C-SB scroll compressors (4 × 8.9 kW) compress R22 refrigerant (32.6 kg charge), which is desuperheated and condensed in a high-efficiency finned-tube condenser cooled by 4 low-noise external-rotor fans (40,000 m³/h total cooling airflow, 2.8 kW).
