Funcionamiento
Carton blanks are picked from the magazine by suction and transferred into a star wheel. As the wheel indexes, the lower small flap is folded, then the lower large flaps, and the lower big tongue is tucked. The product is then dropped into the box (manually or via an integrated auto-feeder/robot). The upper small flap is folded, the upper big flaps are pressed, the upper big tongue is tucked, and the finished carton is pushed out for downstream collection.
Proceso de funcionamiento
