Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills are loaded through a 340 mm feed port into a 750 mm perforated drum (3 mm perforation) rotating at 3–28 rpm under variable-frequency stepless control. A 35 L stirred holding tank pre-mixes the coating suspension; a peristaltic pump delivers it to the Anest Iwata WA-101 spray gun, which atomizes the liquid onto the cascading bed. Outside air is drawn through three-stage (primary/medium/high-efficiency) filtration to Class 100,000, heated to 40–80 °C and blown across the bed; the dust-removal exhaust fan then vents externally. The closed pan prevents dust and overspray. Microcomputer + Siemens HMI/PLC sets, displays and records all process parameters.
Proceso de funcionamiento
