Funcionamiento
Powder material and binder enter the horizontal cylindrical container. Bottom mixing pulp blade thoroughly mixes them into wet soft mass. Side-mounted high-speed shredder pulp blade cuts the wet mass into uniform wet granules. Drive shaft sealed with air during operation; switched to water for cleaning. Fluidized granulation produces near-spherical particles with excellent flowability. All steps (dry mix, wet mix, granulation) complete in single closed container.
