Funcionamiento
Frequency-converted brake motor drives a main shaft connected via rotary connecting rods to the cylinder. The loaded cylinder undergoes triangular swing + translational rotation, producing strong alternating pulse motion. Material moves three-dimensionally along the cylinder in circumferential, radial and axial directions simultaneously. The vortex generated has varying energy gradient, achieving high uniform mixing of multiple materials with different specific gravities and particle sizes.

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean damp cloth; wipe machine interior; wipe material cylinder with clean cloth then with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe all internal and external surfaces; wipe material cylinder with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. After extended use or stoppage, remove rotating drum for cleaning to clear residual powder.
