Funcionamiento

Bags from the upstream bag-sorting machine enter the unit and are shaped/aligned. A light curtain counts each bag passing through. PLC + touchscreen + VFD orchestrate three-stage high-speed pneumatic cylinders that receive, separate, and stack the bags flat or upright into receiving fixtures by the user-set count. Counted bag groups are then conveyed to the downstream packaging machine.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: wipe machine exterior and conveyor belt surface with damp cloth (clean, dust-free); open cover and wipe inside with clean towel. After each shift: wipe entire machine inside and out with clean cloth. Mechanical parts can be cleaned with alcohol and a clean cloth. Electronic components: wipe control panel and sensor windows with a dry cloth only. Lubrication: transmission chains and adjustment knobs — monthly with lubricating oil (0–35°C), quarterly with grease (above 35°C or below 0°C).
