Funcionamiento
Bulk-piled bags are loaded into the large-capacity hopper. The hopper conveyor delivers them to a low-speed roller bank, then to mid- and high-speed rollers; each stage uses a dedicated servo motor (11 servos total) directly coupled to the rollers via precision couplings to ensure roller and bag move at identical speeds (no slip). Thirteen SICK photoelectric sensors provide closed-loop feedback to the motion controller, which adjusts cascade speeds to singulate, orient, and deliver bags in an evenly-spaced single file. Anti-static, non-stick roller surfaces prevent dust adhesion and bag skipping.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Cabinet exterior is smooth with no hygiene dead corners, easy to clean. Roller surfaces are anti-static and non-stick to limit dust accumulation.
