Funcionamiento
Flat-plate positive-pressure thermoforming followed by roller-plate line sealing. PLC and HMI control (Siemens S7-1500 + TP1200) with Siemens full-servo V90 drives on six (or seven) axes: forming pull, forming spindle, heat-sealing roll-die, punching/batch-number printing, stepping roll, and reject. Servo motors directly drive silicon-rubber traction, eliminating belt-driven stretch errors. Crankshaft (automotive type) replaces eccentric shaft on punching, embossing, and batch-print stations for even load distribution and longer service life. Vacuum-table rotary suction with servo-controlled automatic single-board reject. Down-forming design (changed from previous up-forming). Internal heating with auto temperature control for forming, heat-sealing, and batch-number stations. Conductive slip-ring for net roller. Bidirectional (longitudinal + lateral) edgeless punching pattern saves ~10% material.
