Funcionamiento
Tooth-disc structure: the main shaft drives the active toothed disc rotating at ~3400 r/min relative to the fixed disc; materials are crushed by impact, grind, and inter-particle collision. Heat generated and finished product are expelled together through the screen by strong airflow; screen mesh change determines output fineness. Crushed materials enter the collection bag by centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled through a bag filter for dust-free production. Optional water cooling and magnetic separator available.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Before cleaning, stop feeding. Remove screen for washing; avoid water ingress into motor, fan control box and bearings. Keep the grinder clean. Lubricate bearings with ZL-1 lithium complex grease: every 200 h (8 h/day intermittent), 100 h (8 h/day continuous), or 48 h (24 h/day continuous). Major maintenance once every six months.
