Funcionamiento
Mechanical transmission drives the S-type (single paddle) stirrer to rotate inside the sealed stainless-steel trough, pushing materials to reciprocate and flip for uniform mixing. Operators set mixing time via electrical control; the machine stops automatically when time is up. Upon completion, the discharge motor tilts the trough to approximately 45° for full material discharge.

Pre-production: wipe machine exterior with clean damp cloth (dust-free); wipe interior with clean cloth (remove dust and dirt); clean the trough with a clean cloth then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe entire machine interior and exterior with clean cloth (dust-free); wipe trough with clean damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol.
