Funcionamiento
The machine uses high-speed rotating toothed discs (active) meshing with fixed discs to impact and shear-grind material. The active disc rotates at 3400 r/min relative to the fixed disc; material is crushed by the combined action of impact and inter-particle collision. Heat generated during crushing and finished product are carried out through the screen by strong airflow produced by the fan. Crushed material enters the capture bag via centrifugal force; dust is filtered and recycled by the pulse bag-filter dust collector. No dust flies during production. Fineness is determined by changing the screen.

After production: cut power and water. Open the dust-door, clean dust from the bag, collect in the collecting box, then close the dust-door. Open the crusher door, pull out the screen-frame and clean dust inside the machine, then close the door.
