Funcionamiento
Micro-negative-pressure hot filling: liquid product is pre-heated to approximately 85–92 °C, then the filling valve operates under slight negative pressure to inject the hot liquid into PET bottles. Pulp/fruit-piece juice is separately metered and dispensed through the dedicated metering-cup pulp filling heads, then combined with the liquid portion. The rinsing section uses a reflux valve to ensure thorough bottle interior cleaning. The capping section uses a sequential screw-cap delivery system with no-bottle no-cap protection and auto-stop on cap shortage.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Micro-negative-pressure hot filling: liquid product is pre-heated to approximately 85–92 °C, then the filling valve operates under slight negative pressure to inject the hot liquid into PET bottles.
