Funcionamiento
Pressure-equalization filling: bottles are conveyed bottom-up; after entering the filling valve, CO₂ back-pressure is applied to equalize pressure between bottle and tank, then the carbonated liquid is introduced under differential pressure. After filling, the capping head presses and seals the cap. The rinsing section sprays sterile water to clean the inside of bottles before filling. A no-bottle / no-cap detection system automatically stops the machine if caps are missing or bottles are absent.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pressure-equalization filling: bottles are conveyed bottom-up; after entering the filling valve, CO₂ back-pressure is applied to equalize pressure between bottle and tank, then the carbonated liquid is introduced under differential pressure.
2After filling, the capping head presses and seals the cap.
