Funcionamiento
Bottles arrive from the feeder onto a rotary table. Two ceramic plunger pumps (Schubert) dose precise volume into vials with no-bottle/no-fill interlock. Stoppers are aligned by a vibratory bowl and missing-stopper is alarmed; a single-head manipulator picks up and inserts the stopper into the vial mouth, with no-bottle/no-stopper interlock and missing-stopper rejection downstream. The integrated capper (sold as part of the line) uses a 3-knife magnetic capping mechanism to roll-on aluminum caps without producing aluminum chips.
