Funcionamiento
Bottles enter and are positioned at the bottle mouth. 4 high-precision servo peristaltic pumps (driven by Mitsubishi servo motors/drivers) fill the bottle with the set volume. A mechanical-hand pickup mechanism delivers spray heads from a vibratory bowl and pre-screws them onto the bottle mouth. A dual-head servo capping station then tightens the spray head to a torque set on the touch screen. No-bottle/no-fill and no-bottle/no-cap interlocks. PLC and HMI control with manual, automatic, parameter-set, and safety-control modes.

1Bottles enter and are positioned at the bottle mouth.
24 high-precision servo peristaltic pumps (driven by Mitsubishi servo motors/drivers) fill the bottle with the set volume.
3A mechanical-hand pickup mechanism delivers spray heads from a vibratory bowl and pre-screws them onto the bottle mouth.
