SED-4-20MAGL1-D wash-free 4-needle ampoule pull-seal filling/sealing machine. 4-needle configuration designed for 20 ml ampoules at 4000 ampoules/hour, with format change-parts available for 5–10 ml and 1–2 ml ampoules.
Funcionamiento
Pre-cleaned wash-free ampoules feed into the closed system. Four piston metering needles fill 20 ml of solution into ampoules in parallel (4-up). After fill, the ampoules transit to the gas-flame sealing station: dual burners heat the necks while a clamp pulls (twists) the softened glass to form a hermetic pull-seal. Format change-parts swap to 5–10 ml or 1–2 ml ampoule sizes. Closed laminar-flow hood (optional) maintains the surrounding air at clean-zone grade.
