Funcionamiento
Plastic bottles arrive from upstream (typically SED-LP-H unscrambler at 80–130 bpm) via the SED-800ZP-H feed turntable, then conveyor to the main rotary turret on YTGX-H. A high-precision cam divider indexes bottle pockets through stations: position-lock + fill (servo ceramic or stainless piston pump or peristaltic), position-lock + brush-style stoppering (rubber / brush stopper inserted by mechanical hand under fiber-optic detection), position-lock + cap placement (vibration bowl + mechanical hand orient cap + pre-screw), position-lock + servo screw-cap with pneumatic bottle-clamp underneath. Auto interlocks: no bottle = no fill / no stopper / no cap / no screw.
