SED-4-2-2YTG1-Z — Eye-Drop Bottle Liquid Filling, Inner-Stopper and Screw-Cap Machine

Eye-drop bottles are unscrambled by the SED-80LP-Z turntable (Φ600 disc, 60–80 bpm) and conveyed to the rotary filler. A 12-station turret indexes bottles under 4 peristaltic pump heads; the filling needles rise with liquid level for foam-free dosing. Pre-fill and post-fill nitrogen flush displaces oxygen for sensitive ophthalmic liquids. After fill, vials transfer to the inner-stoppering station: the vibration bowl orients inner-stoppers, a vacuum mechanical hand picks one and clamps the bottle for accuracy, presses the stopper home, then releases vacuum. The outer-cap bowl orients screw caps; a vertical mechanical hand places caps without harming tamper-evident rings, and a dual-head magnetic-torque rotary capper tightens (auto-slip on torque set point). No-bottle = no fill / no cap drop / no rotation.
