SED-4-2-2PGX-Y — Spray Bottle Filling and Capping Machine

Bottles enter via the SED-ZP-Y unscrambler/turntable and conveyor. A high-precision cam indexer positions bottles under the 4-head ceramic-pump filler. Servo-driven mechanical linkage moves the elongated siphon-type filling needles up/down for non-drip in-motion filling; bidirectional check valves and dual seals prevent splash and drip. Filled bottles index to dual-head guided cap placement (vibration feeder orients caps), then to the dual-head 3-jaw constant-torque rotary capper which auto-slips on torque set point — silicone sleeves protect the cap. Cosine-acceleration cam mechanism raises/lowers the cap heads. Exit conveyor or collection tray. The capping head is interchangeable for plastic or aluminum caps; cap-head height is adjustable.
