SED-4-2-2FGS-F — Vial Powder Filling, Stoppering and Rolling-Cap Machine

Vials enter the linear conveyor and are indexed under the 4-head powder dosing turret. The 316L stainless metering screws (servo-driven for high dose and position accuracy) press powder down into bottles whose mouth is centered to the dosing port. After fill, the indexing wheel transfers vials to the 2-head stoppering station: a vibration feeder orients rubber stoppers, vacuum suction picks one up, and the head presses it into the bottle mouth. Finally, 2-head 3-knife rollers roll-seal the aluminum cap to complete the seal.
