Funcionamiento
Two parallel infeed star-wheels deliver bottles into two-row linear lanes. Cylinder gates index pairs of bottles under the 6-head servo-driven 316L piston pumps; filling needles rise with the liquid level to prevent foaming. After fill, the inner-stopper feeder bowl orients stoppers; vacuum suction mechanical hands clamp the bottle, place the stopper, press it home, then release vacuum. The outer cap-feed bowl orients aluminum caps; a vertical mechanical hand places caps onto bottle mouths without damaging tamper-evident rings. Finally, a dual-head magnetic-torque rotary capper tightens with adjustable magnetic torque (auto-slip when torque is reached). No-bottle = no cap drop and no cap rotation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Two parallel infeed star-wheels deliver bottles into two-row linear lanes.
2Cylinder gates index pairs of bottles under the 6-head servo-driven 316L piston pumps; filling needles rise with the liquid level to prevent foaming.
