SED-4-1GXX-Y — Rotary Oral Liquid Filling and Stoppering Machine

Bottles arrive via the SED-900ZP-Y rotary supply table and feed into the main machine. A planetary turret with cam-operated filling heads performs in-motion filling using 316L stainless steel piston pumps with servo control. Filling needles are anti-foam, anti-drip, anti-stringing pneumatic types with internal R60 siphon chamfer (surface finish Ra120). A bidirectional stainless-steel sealing valve with double seal fills while rising to eliminate splashing and dripping. After filling, bottles index to the stoppering station where stoppers are vibration-fed and placed by vacuum pickup. A no-stopper detection photoeye triggers stop/alarm. Bottles then transfer to the SED-1ZG-Y capper for constant-torque cap tightening.
