Funcionamiento
Press ON/OFF: compressed air enters the vacuum pump; the hopper discharge port is closed by a pneumatic cylinder, establishing vacuum in the hopper. Under vacuum airflow, material is drawn through the hose into the vacuum hopper. After an adjustable feeding time, compressed air is cut off; the vacuum pump stops; the discharge port opens and material falls automatically into the receiving machine. Simultaneously, the air tank back-blows the filter for self-cleaning. After an adjustable discharge time, compressed air restarts and the cycle repeats continuously. For units with material level control, feeding stops automatically when the downstream hopper is full and restarts when the level drops.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Press ON/OFF: compressed air enters the vacuum pump; the hopper discharge port is closed by a pneumatic cylinder, establishing vacuum in the hopper.
2Under vacuum airflow, material is drawn through the hose into the vacuum hopper.
3After an adjustable feeding time, compressed air is cut off; the vacuum pump stops; the discharge port opens and material falls automatically into the receiving machine.
4Simultaneously, the air tank back-blows the filter for self-cleaning.
