Funcionamiento
Powder particles are fluidised in a circular flow pattern inside the raw-material container (fluid bed). Pre-cleaned and heated inlet air pre-heats and mixes the material. Binder solution is atomised and sprayed in, causing particles to agglomerate into granule clusters. Hot air continuously evaporates the moisture, solidifying the binder; this process repeats until uniform, porous spherical granules are formed.
