Funcionamiento
Product is loaded onto trays inside the sealed SUS304 chamber. The 0.55 kW vacuum pump draws the chamber pressure down to −0.1 MPa via a 20 L buffer tank. With the chamber under vacuum, the solvent boiling point drops, so the 3 kW electric heater drives evaporation at low temperatures. Vapors are drawn out by the pump (and optionally condensed for recovery). Because the dryer is static, product shape is preserved.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Product is loaded onto trays inside the sealed SUS304 chamber.
