Funcionamiento
A 220V 0.75 kW drive motor connects to a 6 L material drum (Φ185×450 mm) via flexible coupling. Eccentric blocks on each side of the drum convert rotation into three-dimensional vibration. Stainless-steel rods inside the drum impact and shear the material; vibration time determines fineness (up to 1000 mesh / cell-wall breaking). Loading/unloading is by 180° drum flip. The process is purely physical and dry — no heat, no chemical treatment; nutrients and active ingredients are preserved. Cannot process wet or fresh material.
