Funcionamiento
A vertical motor mounted below the screen drum acts as the vibration source. Two eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft can be rotated relative to each other — the angle between them governs the ratio of vertical, horizontal, and tilt components of the resulting 3D vibration. By tuning these angles, the operator controls material residence time, traverse speed, and path on the mesh. Material is screened through the deck(s); oversize discharges peripherally and undersize passes through the mesh.
