SED-3900ZGF1-G is the upgraded SS904L-bodied variant of the 3,900 kg/h vibrating fluidized-bed dryer. It is a continuous, high-throughput dryer for granular and powder materials, sized for Na2SO4 reference duty: 4% inlet

Funcionamiento
Cold air is heated by electric heaters and ducted into the dryer plenum, then pushed upward through a perforated 904 stainless distribution plate. Wet feed enters continuously at the inlet and is fluidized by combined hot-air flow and vibration (3 kW x 2 motors at 16.67 Hz), giving intense heat and mass transfer. Dried product discharges from the outlet; off-gas is cleaned by cyclone + pulse-jet bag filter and exhausted by the main induced-draft fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
