Funcionamiento
Granules are forced into 32 die cavities by a VFD-controlled feeder. Pre-compression rollers (up to 20 kN / 2 tons) expel air and main rollers (up to 80 kN / 8 tons) compress the tablet to the set hardness. A computer monitors tablet weight via pressure feedback and rejects single or multi-tablet batches that fail spec. Safety interlocks trip on overload, tight punch, or insufficient lubrication.
