Funcionamiento
Granules are forced into 26 die cavities by a double-impeller feeder synchronized to turret speed. Three Delta servo motors continuously adjust pre-pressure (up to 100 kN), main pressure (up to 100 kN), and fill depth based on real-time pressure-sensor feedback. Out-of-spec tablets are rejected through the rejection channel. The dual auto-lubrication system (oil for rollers/tracks/punches; grease for shafts) maintains reliable operation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Granules are forced into 26 die cavities by a double-impeller feeder synchronized to turret speed.
