SED-370-26GY-D is a 26-station single-side high-speed rotary tablet press for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and electronics industries. It compresses granular materials into round, irregular, or double-side engrave
Funcionamiento
Granules are forced into 26 die cavities of a rotating turret. Pre-compression rollers (up to 20 kN) expel air; main rollers (up to 100 kN) then compress tablets to the specified hardness. A high-precision pressure sensor with amplifier monitors each compression event and routes defective tablets to batch or single-tablet rejection. An intermittent low-flow auto-lubrication system feeds guide rails and punches; hydraulic overload protection trips on overpressure to protect tooling.

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with a clean damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; clean hopper with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth; clean hopper with damp cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. During maintenance: clean all punch-disk areas with a nylon brush dipped in solvent (alcohol unless otherwise specified); use lint-free cloths to dry; use the dedicated cleaning tool to wipe each guide slot and die holder; clean lower guide holes with a nylon brush; place cloth under guide plate to catch debris. Do not use wire brushes on guide plates.
