Funcionamiento
SED-3600QWJX-F Fully Automatic Aerosol Filling Line. End-to-end aerosol production line with twelve stations: air compressor system (screw compressor + receiver + refrigerated dryer), cans arranging machine, glass-ball inserter, weight-check machine (Ex-rated), liquid filling machine with valve-orientation correction, valve feeder, crimping & gas-filling machine, water-bath leakage tester (Ex-rated), actuator feeding & pressing machine, cap feeding & pressing machine, CIJ ink coder, and packing table. Stainless-steel construction throughout. Pneumatics use Japan SMC solenoid valves (VFA3230-02, VFA5220-03, VFA3130-02) and Taiwan Airtac cylinders.
