Funcionamiento
PS/PET rigid sheet roll is unwound, heated, and blow-formed into cups. A liquid/semi-liquid filler deposits product into each cup. Top sealing film (aluminium foil PTP or plastic film) is fed over the cups and heat-sealed to the cup rims. Optional laser date printer marks production and expiry dates on the sealing film. A Delta feeding servomotor drives accurate sheet traction. The sealed strip is cut into finished-product packs, which are conveyed out. The whole process is controlled by Delta PLC and Weinview touchscreen with Delta inverter speed regulation.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1PS/PET rigid sheet roll is unwound, heated, and blow-formed into cups.
2A liquid/semi-liquid filler deposits product into each cup.
3Top sealing film (aluminium foil PTP or plastic film) is fed over the cups and heat-sealed to the cup rims.
4Optional laser date printer marks production and expiry dates on the sealing film.
