Funcionamiento
Cans are transported into the seamer turntable by the servo-driven conveyor. The system only starts the turntable when a can is present. The seaming head descends; the water-ring vacuum pump draws vacuum/negative pressure in the headspace before sealing. Four seaming rollers (2 first-pass + 2 second-pass) curl the lid in two stages while the can body remains stationary. The servo seaming motor provides consistent torque throughout. On jam (deformed can or foreign object), the turntable auto-stops to protect the machine; operator presses one key to reset and resume. The seaming head can be raised with one key for cleaning and maintenance access.
