SED-35CZX-A — SED-35CZX-A Weighing Packing Machine for Candy

Bottles are oriented and conveyed by the high-speed unscrambler. The steep-incline elevator lifts candy from floor level and feeds it continuously to the 14-head multihead weigher. The multihead weigher runs sequential combination-weighing logic: each head independently measures and the controller selects the subset of heads whose combined weight is closest to the target; the selected heads discharge simultaneously into the collection chute. The falling candy is received by the turntable filler, which uses servo control to dispense one charge per bottle. The vibration discharge station helps settle granular product. Siemens PLC and SICK sensors ensure stable, repeatable operation throughout the line.
