Funcionamiento
Bottles are indexed by a star-wheel turntable. A bottle-presence probe inhibits filling when no bottle is present. A piston metering cylinder doses the liquid (high-precision pistons for two ranges: 0-14ml and 14-150ml). The crimping head uses a guided closing structure (inspired by Swiss Pamasol) — a lower clamping cylinder presses the valve onto the can while an upper cylinder performs the crimp. Gas is then charged through a custom small-bore gas filling head for accurate fill with low residual gas.
